Bonnie Brown (left) was a visiting researcher from Moss Landing Marine Lab conducting a thesis study on Lingcod diet along the U.S. West Coast. This study helped us understand the spatial, temporal, and ontogenetic variation in Lingcod diet, and determined whether male and female Lingcod differ in these factors.

I conducted quarterly ecological monitoring surveys of intertidal populations for Northern California’s MPA’s, which help researchers by generating regional baseline data at or near the time the MPA's were established. Long-term monitoring will help identify what is happening as a result of MPA's.
